3. Carriage Fees
For some products, a carriage fee will be applicable to process the return. This fee covers the cost of collecting the item from your location and returning it to our warehouse. The carriage fee typically ranges from £30 to £45, depending on the product’s size, weight, and your location. Please note:
- Carriage fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- The exact carriage fee for your return will be confirmed by our customer service team when the return request is initiated.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that it meets the return conditions. This inspection process typically takes 1 to 3 business days. After the inspection:
- If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid via bank transfer, please ensure that you provide us with the correct bank details for the refund.
- Depending on the product and circumstances of the return, refunds will be processed within 1 to 14 days after the product has been received and inspected.
