Yes, we offer delivery for all orders. Delivery charges and times will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We strive to deliver within 1-3 business days, and we also offer collection at our Oldham and Bacup branches if preferred.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you may need to wait until delivery and initiate a return.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you'd like to return an item, please contact our support team at zrkbuildingsupplies@gmail.com or call us at 0161 425 3030 to initiate the process. Carriage fees between £30 and £45 may apply for some returns.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
